Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, she started her career in real estate in Santo Domingo 10 years ago. Graduated from law school in the year 2010 from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra and once then, seeking greater business opportunities, Punta Cana called her attention in 2012.

Punta Cana has been her home for the past 7 years working closely with foreign and domestic investors in the area. She is a Real Estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate and legal industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Legal Affairs, Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales. Pamela has worked side by side with the top legal firms and real estate companies in the country, and was the commercial and sales director of one of the most successful real estate developments in Punta Cana.

Pamela specializes in pre-construction real estate development, re-sales and legal matters in real estate transactions.

Born in Barcelona and raised in Córdoba.

In the mid-2000s, he begins a journey that leads him to live in different cities in Europe, passing briefly through the eastern part of Germany, London, where he meets the challenge of emigrating to a new place, where he integrates into life Londoner for 3 years, very enriching experience.

Upon his return to Spain, he again trained as a Superior Technician for Electrotechnical Installations, at the Arxiduc Lluis Salvador Institute in Palma de Mallorca, where he later began working in the department of a telecommunications engineering company focused on the hotel sector, since the year 2011, passing through Mexico in 2014 for a year and arriving in Punta Cana in 2015, serving major hotel chains, implementing BMS systems, focused on climate control, lighting and cogeneration.

In 2022 he joins the Canablue Real Estate team as Director of Operations and in charge of the Property Management department.

Andrés Ernesto  has been living in Punta Cana for the past seven years. Prior to his move to Punta Cana, he lived in Santiago where he graduated from Hotel Management in the food and beverage department and in marketing. He also has an MBA in business strategy. After completing his studies he worked as an assistant manager in one of the biggest toy stores of the country. In Punta Cana he has worked in multiple hotel chains putting his sales techniques into practice in vacation clubs.

Andres Ernesto feels close to his caribbean roots, and his passion is traveling and getting to know as many islands in the Caribbean as possible. He is fluent in Spanish and English, and is excited to begin nurturing his sales side with the Canablue Team.

Andres specializes in low-budget investments in the pre-construction market.

Alejandro has been living in Punta Cana for the past eleven years. Prior to his move to Punta Cana, he lived in Santo Domingo where he works as Manager in the food and beverage.

He also is a well-known public speaker as wedding officiant and event coordinator.

He has worked in multiple hotel chains putting his sales techniques into practice in different areas.

Alejandro feels close to his Caribbean roots, and his passion is traveling and getting to know as many islands in the Caribbean as possible. He is fluent in Spanish and English, and is excited to begin nurturing his sales side with the Canablue Team.

Alejandro specializes in the Vista Cana Community, working closely with all of the new developments emerging in this exciting new community.

Cristina is originally from Santo Domingo but has been living in Punta Cana for the past seventeen years. She has been an active member of Bavaro and Punta Cana community in several areas including, Sales Manager for hotels, local tour operators and real estate vacation rentals where she found her passion for the Real Estate.

She speaks English, Russian, spanish, fluently and is determined about helping families find their home or the best choice of investment for all of our clients. As a proud member of Canablue carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he/she does.

When Cristina isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with my two kids and husband, traveling, learning guitar and hiking.

Pamela is originally from Santo Domingo but has been living in Punta Cana for the past seven years. She has been working in several areas including marketing, tourism and real estate development where she found her passion for the real estate industry.

Christophe is a French entrepreneur and has been living in the Dominican Republic for five years. He speaks French, Spanish and English.

Prior to joining Punta Cana, he completed a large part of his career in France in marketing and business development with both companies (market research, new product launch, sales organization, strategic marketing plan)  then in real estate investments in Paris.
Then,  in the Dominican Republic, he created a consulting firm to help the establishment and development of activities for foreign companies wishing to establish themselves in the country (study market, networking, particularly in the hotel industry, internet..).  

Miqueya is originally from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, she graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo with an early educación degree.

She made Punta Cana her home five years ago when she moved with her husband and children and hasn’t looked back.

She is detail oriented, speaks both English and Spanish. As a former teacher with over twenty years experience she is an excellent communicator, that prides herself on making sure people have the right information as it drives better results.

As a charismatic person she loves meeting new people and learning about their wants and needs and showing them all the possibilities there are in the market.

Her goal is to help people find the property of their dreams and she prides on always giving her clients personalized attention.

Juan P. Michell was born in San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic, and raised in Haiti. He returned to San Pedro in 1993 to study Social Communication at Universidad Central del Este (UCE). Later, he studied Journalism at the Instituto Dominicano de Periodismo (IDP) in Santo Domingo, followed by Diplomacy and International Relations at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Internacionales (ISEI).

After graduation, he continued his studies in Diplomacy and Political Science at Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium, adding proficiency in six languages: Creole, Spanish, French, Italian, English, and German.

Juan has worked as a representative for Apple Vacations and O Voyage and as a national tour guide for Truck Safari. Since 2022, he has been active in real estate in Santo Domingo and now works at CANABLUE, a buyer agency in Punta Cana, specializing in pre-construction, construction, renovation, and furnishing. His goal is to help clients find ideal properties—residential, commercial, or investment-focused—by leveraging his expertise in market trends, negotiation, and client needs. Born and raised in Monterey, California, USA, Joshua fell in love with the Dominican Republic in 2012, when he began working in Major League Baseball. He added to his university business degree in finance and appraisal with Masters and Doctoral degrees in education, organizational leadership. In 2022, Dr. Rosenthal moved his family to Punta Cana, having fallen in love with the safety, peace, beauty, and opportunities of the Dominican Republic’s beach and golf paradise.

Joshua is professional, organized, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service to his clients. He prides himself on his communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the needs of the international real estate investor.

Joshua is the proud father of a nine year old son, a one year old daughter, and his wife is the academic director of a local private school. Diomari Ramírez Reyes is a proud 26-year-old Dominican, born in San Pedro de Macorís. From an early age, she discovered her passion for numbers and organization, which led her to pursue a career as an accountant.

In 2017, her career brought her to Bávaro, where she ventured into the hospitality industry, facing new challenges and gaining valuable experience in the sector. Through dedication and hard work, she has advanced professionally to hold a key role in the administrative area as an accountant.
