Born and raised in Monterey, California, USA, Joshua fell in love with the Dominican Republic in 2012, when he began working in Major League Baseball. He added to his university business degree in finance and appraisal with Masters and Doctoral degrees in education, organizational leadership. In 2022, Dr. Rosenthal moved his family to Punta Cana, having fallen in love with the safety, peace, beauty, and opportunities of the Dominican Republic’s beach and golf paradise.
Joshua is professional, organized, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service to his clients. He prides himself on his communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the needs of the international real estate investor.
Joshua is the proud father of a nine year old son, a one year old daughter, and his wife is the academic director of a local private school. He stays active running, swimming, cycling, and playing golf. Joshua serves on the board of directors for three Dominican non-profit organizations, The Baseball Island Foundation, the Fondo Quisqueya, and is a Founding Director of the Baseball and School Education Foundation in Punta Cana.
