Noval Awards and the new Ocean Bay!

In a beautiful event held at the Catalonia Hotel in Santo Domingo by the Noval Properties Group, one of our main collaborators and the top leading real estate developers in the east of the Dominican Republic, the best brokers and real estate agents of the year 2019 were recognized in the Noval Awards Ceremony.
In its second edition, 12 categories were awarded to 35 winners, including our CEO and broker, Pamela Núñez, who was recognized with the award as the Broker-Entrepreneur of Punta Cana, as well as an award for outstanding excellence in her field of expertise. We are very proud and excited to share these awards with everyone, as they are the product of constant effort and work that Pamela does through Canablue Realty in Punta Cana day by day.
After the award ceremony, the opportunity was seized to launch the exclusive and luxurious Ocean Bay, the luxury condominium development in Punta Cana and one of the most exclusive investments in the area. Ocean Bay Luxury Beach Residences has 196 condos with one, two or three bedrooms, a first class beach front in Bavaro Beach, Los Corales, and plans to be a development operated as a five-star boutique hotel, with luxury amenities and all outstanding views and location― a real estate development never seen before in the Bávaro, Punta Cana area.
