I hereby authorize Canablue to provide the following Keyholding services:

Airing out the property twice a month
Revision of all electrical appliances
Basic cleaning once a month

I agree to pay Canablue Real Estate (Punta Cana Blue One Investment) a monthly fee for these services of a total of US$150.00.

I also understand that this document does not represent a property management agreement, and it is only limited to the housekeeping services provided. In that sense, any additional expense or service required shall be charged separately.
