SERENA VILLAGE is located in a strategic location only 10 minutes away from the Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes away from all the beaches in the area and right next to Hospiten, the most important international hospital in the region. It’s a gated community with controlled security access and a 24 hour security service patrolling across this private project.
Serena will be developed in 5 stages in an area of more than 200,000 m2 , and will house 1504 properties in 94 modular buildings all equipped with elevators and each having 16 apartments.
The interior design of the units offer an equal distribution between all the apartments, composed of: 1 studio room, 1 kitchen, 1 integrated breakfast/dining area, 1 balcony, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom, in an area of 74.5m 2 including communal areas and 1 parking space per apartment. All the units are fully furnished and equipped with the following:
A queen size bed in the main bedroom with headboard and two night tables.
A sofa (2 ½ place) in the living room with a center table and two ottomans.
A breakfast/dining with granite countertop and three stools.

2 air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and one in the studio room; and preinstallation for a third unit in the living room area.
As of now, the first phase of the first stage of the project, which will house 272 apartment units in 17 buildings built around 2 pools, green areas, gardens and common social areas with gazebos and mini gazebos for BBQ. The first phase of the second stage is composed of 18 buildings for a total of 288 apartments, located to the left side of the main street.
This stage started in January 2014.
Once the project will be fully developed, it will count with amenities and additional benefits such as:

Monthly maintenance fee is of US$120 per apartment, which includes the following: purified water for domestic use, cleaning for common areas, landscaping, pest control in common areas, swimming pool maintenance, elevator maintenance, electricity for common areas, security service, beach club membership and shuttle bus service.
The installation for the gas meter is not included, and its cost is around 150 US$.
Serena Village is built by stages, at the present time the 2nd and 3rd stages are being commercialized of the 5 stages to be developed. The apartments have been on sale since February 1st, 2014.

Miguel has lived in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, for the past seven years, after living in Santo Domingo for all his life. Miguel is a citizen of the world: he has previously lived in Cabarete, Puerto Plata; and for some time worked and travelled through Europe, mainly Germany, France, Belgium and Austria.
He speaks both Spanish and English fluently and graduated in Hotel Management in Food and Beverage from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in Santo Domingo. He loves to serve and he takes pride in doing a good job in attending our clients. He has worked in Punta Cana in the Hospitality Industry and knows everyone, everything and all that is good around the Bávaro area.
In the CanaBlue team Miguel contributed his knowledge of the area, his great social skills and love for Punta Cana to offer his clients a one on one treatment and helping them find their second home in Punta Cana.
Miguel specializes in low-budget developments, as well as touristic properties that won't break your bank account. He mostly concentrates on pre-construction developments, but also enjoys admiring new construction work and offering great re-sale deals to his clients.

Veron
Veron is well-known for being the industrial area of Punta Cana, and is not considered a beach town, as it is pretty far compared to the other communities in the area, but it is very famous amongst the locals and residents of the area.
Pueblo Bávaro is one of the oldest gated gated complexed in the Veron, Bávaro, Punta Cana area. It is one of the most sought after areas for long-term rentals, as it is incredibly centric to the Veron area, home of many Dominican locals living here. Pueblo Bávaro has everything you need: restaurants, schools, supermarkets, pharmacies and many more!
